Purchasing a property is one of the largest investments you can make. It is highly recommended that you obtain a comprehensive inspection report.

 

Our comprehensive reports are easy to read with photos.  Any issues we find are photographed and commented on.

 

Also known as a Residential  Property Inspection Report. Whether  you are purchasing or selling , the report will  provide informative information about the house.                            

A  building inspection is a non  - destructive, visual inspection of the property. 

 

We carry PI insurance.

 

Our  reports are based on NZS 4306-2005. This standard provides a general scope of what a residential inspection should cover, reporting outlines, competency requirements and contract requirements.

 

The completed report will be emailed to you in PDF format. We will discuss the report with you and are available for any questions you might have. 

 

Areas to be covered in the inspection:

- Subfloor 

- Interior and exterior of the property such as windows; floors; ceilings.

- Roof Space 

- Roof External 

- The site - including areas such as drainage;   retaining walls; driveways; fencing.
